“I generally did well at school and made some lifelong friends. In high school I was told I needed to play cricket or rugby, but I was terrible at both. Instead, I decided to start the King David Golf team (I was decent at golf), and we set up games against other schools!
My nursery teacher was Miriam Shiff - she was so kind and nurturing - thanks to her I reluctantly let my mom leave me at school without her after about a month! Mr De Wijze was my high schools accounts teacher. He was fantastic - he was able to make the most boring subject in the world fun and interesting”.
