Jason is a Senior Partner and Managing Director out of BCG’s Atlanta office.
After graduating from King David Linksfield, Jason received an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and is a graduate in law from Oliver Schreiner School of Law at the University of the Witwatersrand. Jason spent 2 years at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg and a year at Linkslaters in London.
He and his wife Carey (nee Nowitz) then decided to leave South Africa and move to Atlanta in 2001. Jason made the decision to leave the law and start a career in Management Consulting, joining Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
After 23 years at BCG, he is now a Senior Partner and led BCG’s Travel and Tourism (T&T) business from 2020 through to 2023, and now leads the newly created Travel Cities and Infrastructure business in North America.
He has experience across several areas of the travel industry, including cruise lines, hotels, airlines, car rental, travel technology (data, distribution, hotel systems) and travel restructuring. His work includes some of the largest and leading airlines, cruise lines and hotel companies, and his travels have seen him travel around the earth approximately 120 times!
Jason sits on a range of BCG’s people development committees in North America and led the Recruiting Function in North America from 2016-2021. He was also involved as a Board member of Journera, a travel data marketplace startup. He also previously sat on the Board of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra as well as the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
Jason lives in Atlanta with his wife, 3 kids and 3 dogs.
