Dr Lisa Simmons matriculated from King David Victory Park in 1993 and moved to Sydney, Australia with her family shortly thereafter. She completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology at UNSW before studying medicine.
Lisa studied medicine at the University of Sydney and was awarded Bachelors of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) with Honours. She also spent time during her training in the USA completing terms in Endocrinology at Mass General Hospital, Harvard University and the University of California in San Francisco. She completed her specialist training in Endocrinology and FRACP in Sydney, Australia. In addition, she completed a Masters of Philosophy in Medicine at the University of Sydney. Lisa has also worked as a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney.
Lisa works as an Endocrinologist in private practice and is a visiting medical officer at several hospitals in the city. She is passionate about her career and finds being a doctor extremely rewarding.
Lisa lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband who is a radiologist, and her son. When not working Lisa and her family love to travel the world.
