Michael Sieff is the co-founder and director of SILVERAgE, a company partnering with property developers to plan and build elegant living spaces for elderly people ready to embark on the next exciting phase of their lives. This includes the incorporation of modern and innovative healthcare services.

Prior to this, he was the Group CEO for the Chevrah Kadisha where he made great strides in implementing his align and consolidate policy throughout that vast Organisation. Michael was ORT’s National Director for six years before accepting his post at the Chev, and prior to that he headed up Training and Development at Discovery Health for six years.

He has MBA from Heriot Watt University (UK); an Industrial Psychology Honours; and a BA in Psychology & Law from the University of Witwatersrand. Michael was born and raised in Johannesburg where he attended King David Linksfield High School and benefitted from the school’s emphasis on academic excellence.
